Warm Homes: Local Grant
a briefLaunching on 1 April 2025, the Warm Homes: Local Grant is a UK Government scheme to improve energy efficiency and install low-carbon heating in low-income households across England.
Replacing previous funding programs, this streamlined grant makes it easier for both on-gas and off-gas homes to access upgrades. Part of the upcoming Warm Homes Plan, the scheme is set to run for 3 to 5 years, tackling fuel poverty and supporting home decarbonisation.
