Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Warmer Homes Scheme in Sevenoaks, Kent, applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements relating to both their household circumstances and property type. Grants are available provided that households satisfy certain income-related or benefit-linked conditions, alongside evidence that the property meets defined standards. - Have a gross household income under £36,000
- Suffer with a medical condition aggravated by cold (e.g., asthma, high blood pressure)
- Live in a qualifying postcode (as defined by the grant)
- Properties with an EPC rating in bands A to C.
- New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
