Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Warm Homes grant in Kendal, Cumbria, both the household and property must satisfy specific eligibility criteria. Applicants need to meet income and residency requirements, while the property must fall within designated areas and exhibit particular energy inefficiencies. - New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
