Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the DWP Warm Homes grant in Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot, both the household and property must satisfy specific eligibility criteria. - Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G

- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
