What Measures Could You Get?
Energy Performance Upgrades: Measures to improve the energy efficiency of homes, such as insulation and draught proofing. Up to £15,000 in funding per household.
Low-Carbon Heating: Installations of low-carbon heating systems, such as heat pumps. Up to £15,000 in funding per household.

Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the DWP Warm Homes grant in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, both your household and property must meet specific eligibility criteria. - Properties with an EPC rating in bands A to C.
- New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
