Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Gov UK Warm Home grant in Worcester, Worcestershire, both the household and property must satisfy specific eligibility criteria. - Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G

- Properties with an EPC rating in bands A to C.
- New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
