Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Gov UK Warm Homes grant in Islington, Greater London, both household income and property conditions must meet specific eligibility requirements. - New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
