Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Local Grant Scheme in Grantham, Lincolnshire, applicants must ensure both their household and property satisfy certain eligibility conditions. - New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
