Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for the Warmer Homes Scheme in Bolton, Greater Manchester, applicants must meet specific criteria relating both to their household circumstances and property attributes. Qualifying requirements apply directly to household income and benefits status, as well as to the energy efficiency and structural characteristics of the property, detailed clearly below.


- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G
- Privately owned (owner-occupied or privately rented)
