Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Warmer Homes Scheme in Burntwood, Staffordshire, applicants must satisfy specific eligibility criteria concerning both household circumstances and property conditions. - Properties with an EPC rating in bands A to C.
- New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
