Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for the Warmer Homes Scheme in Chapel, Fife, applicants must meet specific household and property-related criteria, as detailed below. - Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G

- New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
