  • Live in a qualifying postcode (as defined by the grant)

  • Properties with an EPC rating in bands A to C.
  • New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
  • Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
  • Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
