Am I Eligible?
To qualify for the Warmer Homes Scheme in St Julians, Hertfordshire, both the household and the property must meet specific eligibility criteria. - New build or self-build homes that have not been previously occupied.
- Social housing (except for in-fill purposes, with specific conditions).
- Park homes that are not the permanent residence of the household or are expected to be demolished before the measure guarantee period ends.
